The original Macon branch was opened in 1965 along with the Augusta branch to set up a triangle across the state in order to better cover central and South Georgia. We moved into our new facility in 1992. Macon is the largest city outside the metro Atlanta area servicing central Georgia. We have a large population of machines in the Kaolin, granite, and sand mine operations. We also cater to a number of road building, asphalt, and forestry customers.
